Established in 2017 and located in the industrial zone of Jenin, the National Poultry Company (Slaughterhouse) is one of the leading Palestinian companies in the white meat production sector. It offers integrated services including poultry slaughtering, meat cutting, packaging, and distribution, all within a modern production system committed to the highest standards of quality, health safety, and veterinary supervision.
About the Company
Since its inception in 2017, the company has aimed to develop the poultry industry in Palestine by providing a local product with safe and healthy specifications that meet consumer needs and adhere to international standards. The company's facilities are located in the industrial area of Jenin, fully equipped to operate the slaughterhouse in accordance with approved environmental and health conditions.
Operational Capacity
The slaughterhouse currently operates with a production capacity of 15,000 birds per day. The process involves integrated production lines starting from intake, passing through automated slaughter under veterinary supervision, and ending with cleaning, cutting, packaging, and direct distribution. The facility relies on modern technologies and trained workers to ensure a high-quality product that respects both health and halal slaughter requirements.

Our Vision

• Establishing modern cold storage rooms estimated at 2,000 m² to ensure optimal product preservation.
• Adding a specialized food manufacturing section to develop new poultry products.
• Doubling daily production capacity to reach 30,000 birds per day to better meet growing demand and achieve local self-sufficiency.
